We like to set up a interview with the client that lasts between 30 to 60 minutes .

During the interviews several items will be discussed

- We like you to go from room with us and explain what you would like done in every room while we preapre a work sheet for the staff to work from upon the return of the team .

Adirondack Helping Hands will provide for you the following

Give you a set time amd day for your cleaning with a one -hour allowance for traffic and road conditons.

Supply all necessary materials needed to do the job.

We will always try to make suggestestions on what will be the best products for your home.

We are very pet friendly and will always help you with any pet needs while we are there.

We will always give you turn down bed service and leave you mint candy on the beds .

We will make sure all towels in the bathroom are hung with care and washclothes are folded and leave you a wonderful bar of our homade soap.

We will try our best to replace empty bath tissue and paper towels and tissues if these items are availble to us in your home .

We will arrange to have the house cleaned and wait for delivery of appliance or furnitue for you.

We will leave you a survey to fill out about our work every 90 days .

Adirondack Helping Hands will not do the following unless discussed and both parties agree during the interview .

We have the right to refuse a job due to the home not having the proper air conditioning or ventalation during the summer months.

Same goes for the heating in a home during the winter months.

We will not allow anyone in your home while we are there unless this has been discussed prior to us arriving . This includes UPS , Cable Servcie . Telephone service . Fed Ex .

We will not clean up or pick up excessive clutter we do not have a problem picking up some items and helping you out. but please have the house picked up and ready to be cleaned .If you would like for us to do extra work and pick up for you we will.  The price will be affected as this is not regular housecleaning .

We will wash a few extra dishes if they are left in the sink , but will not be expected to clean a sink full of dishes on a reagular basis .

You will need to arrange in advance if you want us to remove items out of cabinets and wash them or remove extra items and have them cleaned , These services take extra time and must be scheduled prior to out visit and also affects the price of the job.

We will not pick up after your pet if the pet has a accident.

We will help in any way that we can with your pets (we love them!).

We will always let them out or in if you need us to and be sure the water and food bowl is full when we leave if you so request .

We need advanced notice if you want blinds cleaned or carpets steamed, We provide all these services and the blinds will be dusted during regular houscleaning visits , But washing of blinds is extra time and needs to be booked in advance.
